specs are drawn and changes are made to suit

Lender Selection: |
|
A suitable lender
is selected for your financing and a
pre-approval is completed. |

Final Plans & Specs: |
|
Client accepts
final plans & specs and a price is set. |

Contracts: |
|
Contracts are drawn
up, reviewed by attorneys and a 10% deposit of
sales price is placed by client. |

Lender Finalization: |
|
Plans & specs are
given to lender, appraisals completed. |
|
Construction: |
|
With building
permits in place, lot is cleared of trees to the
clients liking and construction begins. Periodic
inspections by clients are allowed and, if
necessary, change orders are completed
throughout the building process. |
