home and is difficult to answer until we
determine the scope of your project. Many
factors such as the style of home, amenities,
types of finishes, site work, etc, can all
affect the cost of your home. |

lot? |
| We can build on your lot, one
of our lots or, as a licensed Real Estate
Broker, we can assist you in finding a suitable
lot. |

How long will it take to
build our home? |
| This can vary depending on the
size and complexity of the project. On average,
our homes take 6-8 months to complete. |

Do we need an architect? |
| We can work with plans you
already have or, depending on the complexity of
the project, determine whether or not you will
need an architect, interior designer, etc. In
most cases we design our own plans which allows
us to build the home to our quality building
methods. |

What type of contract
options do you offer? |
| The following types can be
discussed to see which fits your needs best: |
| 1. |
Fixed Price
- the price for the project is set at
contract signing and based on agreed
upon plans & specs. The price can be
changed during construction through
written change orders. |
| 2. |
Cost Plus -
is a percentage based contract where the
Builder's fee is a percentage of the
actual cost of construction (land not
included). |
| 3. |
Fixed Fee -
the Builder's fee is established upfront
based on expected cost of construction.
The fee does not vary except through
written change orders for changes made
to the original plans & specs. |

Do we need an Attorney? |
| Yes, once contracts are drawn
up, you will have a chance to review them with
your attorney before signing them. |
